I am a laid back person who loves to laugh! I take pride in being REAL. I am who I am, I'm happy with that!

I was born and raised in Colorado Springs! I'm a district 2 kid and proud of it! I graduated from Sierra High School in 2004 and got my AA from PPCC.

I have an awesome family who has supported me through all that I have done. I still run with the same crew I did in middle and high school. I believe these people are a lot of the reason why I am who I am.

I am the mother of a BEAUTIFUL BABY BOY! Being a mother is the best feeling in the world. He is the light of my life and I couldn't ask for more.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has given me that push to become the person I am on air and off. With out you, Life would be gray.

It's never to late to follow goals no matter what month it is...

Health :
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4. Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
5. Make time to pray.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did last year.

25. Call your family often.

31. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

33. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.

November 30, 2012: Yesterday Rihanna MADE IT OFFICIAL that she and Chris Brown were dating - by tweeting out a photo of them together. Well Kae made a little bit of news - of course, it was by "ACCIDENT". Yesterday she went to an event . . . and she "unexpectedly forgot" to put on any Spanx - which she had been using to hide her PREGNANT BELLY. So now everyone could see her teeny baby bump. FYI, Kae has NEVER had a belly before - the chick is VERY SKINNY.
