A man in Clyde, NY is facing four counts of felony child endangerment after he discovered four children ages eight to 10 destroying his father-in-law's home with hammers & paint. Jeff Daniels says he locked the kids in a closet until the police could arrive. Police returned the children to their parents & went back to arrest Daniels after the children's parents claimed Daniels grabbed them by the neck & threatened them with the hammers. If convicted, Daniels faces up to four years in prison.
