Donald Trump has filed court documents to sue Bill Maher for $5 million. According to TMZ, the real estate mogul claims that the Maher is trying to skip out on a promise he made to donate $5 million to charity if Donald could prove he is not the product of an orangutan having sex with his mother.Trump says the promise was made by Bill during an appearance on Leno shortly after Donald offered a $5 million challenge to President Obama regarding his birth certificate. The lawsuit mentions that The Apprentice host provided a copy of his own birth certificate that shows he is the son of Fred Trump who was in fact a human man.
