Marc Anthony and his 21-year-old girlfriend took Marc's twin 5-year-olds to Disneyland in Anaheim, California this week. Marc reportedly started dating the heir to the Topshop fortune, Chloe Green shortly after he ended his relationship with 24-year-old model, Shannon de Lima.
