Job Description:
- Clear Channel Radio Colorado Springs is looking for a dynamic sales person to join our winning team Responsibilities for this position include:
- Identification and solicitation of new business, service, and expansion of existing accounts
- Negotiate business based on industry ratings in order to maximize station revenue and share
- Achieve revenue and share goals set by Sales Manager
- Utilize available resources in marketing, operations and sales to present company in best possible light
- Develop persuasive proposals in response to client needs
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare sales orders and production requests in a timely manner
- Ensure prompt payment of client billings
- Adhere to minimum standards of performance as established by Sales Manager

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years successful sales experience
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise judgment and operate independently
- Must be proactive, and have a high ability to problem solve
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must understand FCC rules and regulations relating to advertising copy
- Must possess a valid state driver's license
