He's a 30 year old part-time professional wrestler from Indiana! He auctioned off a portion of the side of his face to the highest bidder, and that person could decide what the tattoo would be!
He turned down the highest bidder cause they asked for something lewd...the 2nd highest bidder was a Republican and this was his request, and paid him $15,000 for it!
